Procurement Specialist – Concrete Materials

About the role

The Procurement Specialist for Concrete Materials will manage both local and international purchasing activities for Sika Maroc. You will ensure the continuous supply of high‑quality materials while driving cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end procurement for local purchases, imports, services and sample orders.
• Source, evaluate and develop suppliers to secure reliable and competitive supply conditions.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, quality requirements and volumes with existing and potential vendors.
• Prepare, issue and validate purchase orders within delegated authority.
• Monitor order progress, delivery timelines and resolve any discrepancies or supplier issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier and product master data in the ERP system.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and support stock‑accuracy improvements.
• Implement cost‑saving initiatives and track procurement KPIs using Sika templates.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operational procurement role.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (or similar procurement system) for purchase orders, reporting and master data management.
