Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to lead our procurement function in Morocco. The role involves managing supplier relationships for raw and packaging materials, aligning production plans with contract manufacturers, and driving cost‑saving initiatives across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers of raw materials and packaging.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure production plans are aligned with material availability.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction projects to improve profitability.
• Monitor and improve key procurement KPIs, including payment terms and on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) performance, targeting 95% OTIF for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, finance and logistics teams.
• Analytical mindset with focus on KPI‑driven performance.
