Product Engineer – Automotive Wiring Harnesses

About the role

Join Lear Corporation’s Meknes team as a Product Engineer, focusing on automotive wiring harnesses. You will ensure engineering changes are implemented efficiently and products meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer engineering changes and guarantee timely implementation.
• Review and maintain harness drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutsheets, and manufacturing documentation.
• Validate product compliance against customer specifications and engineering requirements.
• Update engineering and manufacturing systems such as QAD, UCS, and PLM.
• Support product launches, transfers, and engineering change implementation.
• Analyze product costs and contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Program Management, and Customer Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive wiring harnesses is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and engineering systems/tools, with strong analytical and communication skills.
