Production Manager (Pharmacy Doctor)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Doctor of Pharmacy to lead our production operations in Berrechid. The role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic planning to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coach production supervisors and operators.
• Organise workflow by preparing operational schedules, assigning responsibilities and meeting production targets.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Analyse production results, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and review master production documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure safe equipment use, schedule maintenance and enforce GMP and safety standards.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Identify productivity, quality, cost, safety and people improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Train employees and guarantee compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy with at least 3 years of experience in a similar production role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical processes, preferably in oral solid dosage form manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, organise work and communicate effectively.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and strong problem‑solving orientation.
