Production Supervisor

About the role
STMicroelectronics is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operator teams in a high‑tech semiconductor environment. You will be responsible for meeting production targets while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient workshop.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and supervise daily activities of operator teams.
- Achieve defined production output and quality goals.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the workshop.
- Ensure proper functioning of production equipment and coordinate with maintenance.
- Establish and manage manufacturing orders.
- Monitor, analyse, and control production waste.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise machine performance.
Required profile
- Technical or industrial engineering background.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Commitment to company values and quality standards.
Required skills
- Technical engineering knowledge applicable to manufacturing environments.
