Production Supervisor

About the role

AEOLON is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in its Nador facility. The role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate operators to maximize performance.
• Monitor production schedules and guarantee on‑time delivery of manufacturing plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures.
• Analyze performance data and implement Lean, Kaizen, and 5S improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning to optimize workflow.
• Prepare production reports and KPI dashboards for management review.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a Chinese manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Good command of English.
