Production Supervisor

AEOLON is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. If you are passionate about operational excellence, team leadership, and achieving production targets in a fast‑paced industrial environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production operators to maximize performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on‑time delivery of manufacturing plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning departments to optimize operations.
• Prepare production reports and KPIs for management review.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years as a Production Supervisor.
• Experience in a Chinese manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English.
