Production Supervisor

About the role
The Production Supervisor will lead the Rabat Electronics Plant team to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets while ensuring quality and on‑time delivery. You will drive continuous improvement and support new product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor key KPIs such as Efficiency, Output, Scrap, RPPM, IPPM and WIP.
- Lead and manage Team Leaders and Operators across three shifts.
- Ensure production targets are met within quality and customer delivery expectations.
- Support layout changes, line flexibility and forecast commitments.
- Collaborate with Quality, Service Training and HR to solve problems and improve team skills.
- Maintain IATF and LPOF certifications and safety action plans.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree with significant production experience.
- 3‑4 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and team‑building abilities.
Required skills
- Lean methodology implementation.
- Continuous improvement techniques.
