Program Buyer – Procurement & Supplier Management

About the role

The Program Buyer supports the coordination between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams for vehicle development and serial production. You will manage a dedicated supplier portfolio, lead negotiations, and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Kick‑off supplier relationships after award confirmation and manage ongoing communication.
• Negotiate volume increases, price changes and engineering change orders during development.
• Release final start‑of‑production prices and monitor project change notices.
• Identify troubled suppliers, anticipate shortages and coordinate escalations with stakeholders.
• Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality targets.
• Lead summary meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive negotiations and achieve cost targets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and supplier negotiation.
• Strong report‑writing ability and proactive, initiative‑taking mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in French (B2‑C1) and English (B2‑C1).
