Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the CTL team to organise and deliver major university projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with faculty, partners and internal resources to define project scope and objectives.
• Provide regular information and support to stakeholders and manage project correspondence.
• Evaluate potential issues, develop solutions and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure all project documentation, licences and compliance records are current and properly filed.
• Support the integration of AI tools in teaching by collaborating with faculty, organising training and monitoring impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational, multi‑tasking and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise work, take initiative and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills and adaptability to change.

Required skills

• Very good project management skills.
• Knowledge of professional development and online course development workflows.
• Proficiency with computer and IT tools, including project‑management software.
