Undergraduate Admissions & Outreach Officer

About the role

Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco, is looking for an Undergraduate Admissions & Outreach Officer. The role gives clear information, guidance and support to undergraduate applicants throughout the admissions process, explains requirements, procedures and available programmes, and takes part in outreach initiatives that raise awareness among prospective students, families and schools. It also supports recruitment, registration and orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Determine candidate eligibility and placement according to university policy, in coordination with the Admissions & Outreach Manager
• Advise candidates on admission procedures, requirements, financial assistance and career opportunities
• Process and manage admission applications, keeping records in the EX-Admissions module and preparing decision notifications
• Coordinate with the Business Office on payments and handle logistics for admissions and outreach activities
• Process campus visit requests and maintain the related database
• Plan, run and report on outreach campaigns on and off campus, and contribute to recruitment events
• Follow up on outreach-related external services and predict office supply needs
• Make calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow activities through the CRM from lead to enrolled, and answer lead and customer questions
• Manage and track opportunities in the CRM and mobile app, and carry out other tasks assigned by the manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing and communication or similar
• Preferred: at least 2 years' experience in the same position
• Fluent in French; English fluency is an asset
• Available for weekday travel
