Project Manager – Mission Critical Communications

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the initiation, execution, and delivery of mission‑critical radio communications systems and related portfolio components across the Middle East, Africa, and occasionally international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑phased projects, coordinating Order Management, Engineering, Finance, and customer‑facing technical teams.
• Maintain full responsibility for resource allocation, project financials, revenue commitments, and margin goals.
• Communicate directly with customers and senior internal stakeholders through meetings and project reviews.
• Travel to geographically challenging sub‑Saharan sites, supporting deployments up to 35% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (written and oral).
• Strong financial literacy and ability to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling and project control.
• Knowledge of PMBOK methodology and project management tools (schedule, critical path, risk assessment, change orders).
