Project Manager – Mission‑Critical Radio Communications

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the initiation, execution, and delivery of mission‑critical radio communications systems and related portfolio components across the Middle East, Africa, and occasionally international locations. The role requires fluency in English, French, and Arabic to support diverse customer bases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑phased projects, coordinating Order Management, Engineering, Finance, and customer‑facing technical teams.
• Maintain full responsibility for resource allocation, project financials, revenue commitments, and margin goals.
• Communicate directly with customers and senior internal stakeholders through meetings and project reviews.
• Travel up to 35% of the time to geographically challenging sites, especially in sub‑Saharan regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of project or program management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English, French, and Arabic.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues, manage budgets, and develop risk mitigation plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling and critical‑path analysis.
• Strong financial literacy for managing project cash flow, revenue, and margins.
• Solid understanding of PMBOK methodologies and project lifecycle management.
