About the role

Gulf Associates is seeking a Project Planning Assistant to support a regional telecommunications provider on complex partnership and market entry initiatives. This fully remote, entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to commercial advisory work and the chance to learn how large‑scale deals are structured.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules to keep all workstreams on track.
• Monitor information flow between the firm and counterparties, documenting received data and identifying research gaps.
• Assist in preparing internal briefings that summarize negotiation and regulatory status.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support scenario planning.
• Organize digital project archives for easy partner access.
• Draft concise client status updates focused on commercial milestones.
• Coordinate logistics for internal review sessions and track action items from partner meetings.

Required profile

• A logical, methodical approach to organizing information and tracking multiple moving parts.
• Clear, direct writing ability without unnecessary jargon.
• Commercial curiosity about sovereign and private‑capital interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
