Prompt Writer (AI Training)

About the role

As a Prompt Writer you will craft imaginative questions, scenarios and challenges that test and improve advanced AI systems. This fully remote, flexible contract position lets you work on cutting‑edge AI projects without needing a technical background.

Key responsibilities

• Design original prompts across diverse topics, formats and difficulty levels.
• Develop prompts that evaluate AI reasoning, creativity, factual accuracy, safety and consistency.
• Follow style guides and prompt‑writing frameworks to ensure uniformity across projects.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable writing clearly on a wide range of subjects.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and able to follow structured guidelines while adding personal voice.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No technical, AI or academic background required.
