Purchase Associate – English/Spanish

About the role

Join the Procurement team at APM Terminals Morocco to support purchasing activities across terminal operations. You will provide operational, administrative and technical assistance to ensure efficient execution of procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end procurement process, identify and engage suppliers, manage purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet technical, financial and quality requirements.
• Assist senior buyers with supplier performance evaluations and contract administration.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in the procurement system.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or related field (ENCG Tangier graduates encouraged).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0–1 year of experience.
• Legally authorized to work and reside in Morocco.
• Available for a six‑month fixed‑term contract.
