QMS & Project Quality Engineer

About the role

Join Sanden's greenfield HVAC assembly project in Tangier as a QMS & Project Quality Engineer. You will be part of the start‑up team, responsible for establishing and maintaining the local Quality Management System and driving project quality activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the plant meets required quality standards and certifications by managing compliance activities and coordinating internal and external audits.
• Maintain Customer‑Specific Requirements, monitor adherence, and act as the primary customer quality interface during the project phase.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, support external audits, and drive continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Manage validation activities, product and process readiness, and handle deviations and corrective actions.
• Lead structured failure investigations from validation through launch and early production.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in QMS and project quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Engineering degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in quality or industry.
• Experience working with Stellantis requirements and standards.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of IATF standards, Stellantis CSR, and VDA 6.3 process auditing.
• Proficiency with core quality tools: PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, ISIR.
• Experience in prototype build quality management, data analysis, and problem‑solving methods.
• Technical knowledge of assembly and plastic‑injection manufacturing processes.
• Fluency in English and French for technical communication.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
