Quality Control Inspector – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join QIMA’s Operations team in Morocco. The successful candidate will conduct inspections of consumer‑product merchandise, ensure compliance with company procedures, and communicate findings to suppliers and clients. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Casablanca or Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines.
• Attend scheduled inspections on time and interact professionally with suppliers.
• Perform merchandise inspections according to QIMA procedures.
• Supervise container stuffing following company standards.
• Complete inspection reports within required timelines and formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in quality management, preferably in softlines, garments, textiles or footwear.
• Familiarity with Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards and relevant safety/quality regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
