About the role
Messem Maroc SA, a subsidiary of Messem International, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead its quality assurance activities in a seasonal fruit‑processing facility. The role is pivotal in ensuring that frozen ingredients meet the highest standards for the global food industry.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all quality control activities across the production line.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports.
- Monitor and validate hygienic conditions in the plant.
- Maintain and control quality and traceability documentation.
- Implement hold and release procedures for non‑conforming products.
- Deliver training and raise awareness among employees on quality requirements.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in food technology, food science, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong autonomy, communication, and problem‑analysis abilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, and progress‑monitoring skills.
