Quote Service Associate

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Quote Service Associate to support its Global Components business in Casablanca. The role focuses on handling Requests for Quotes (RFQs), ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining the ERP and custom solutions that drive pricing and cost calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, scrub, and enrich RFQs with pricing, costing, and troubleshooting information while meeting SLA targets.
• Validate request documentation and communicate with requestors for missing details.
• Maintain and enhance the ERP system and semi‑automated RFQ processing tools.
• Update process documentation and system configurations as supplier or internal changes occur.
• Monitor operational reports and system alerts, escalating issues promptly.
• Refresh underlying data structures to improve matching results.
• Participate in continuous learning through trainings and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivated, quick learner who enjoys helping colleagues and customers.
