Recruiter Specialist – Moroccan Market (Remote)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is seeking a motivated Recruiter Specialist focused on the Moroccan market. This remote position involves building strong candidate pipelines, conducting phone interviews, and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective talent.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
• Actively source potential candidates through various channels and deliver qualified profiles to clients.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
• Serve as the main contact for candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on high‑volume recruitment needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• High energy, passion for recruitment, and a strong drive to meet and exceed quotas.
• Ability to ask insightful questions that reveal candidate potential.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
