Recruitment & Mobility Officer – Full Remote

About the role

Affinity is a technology consulting company that operates across Europe, Brazil, Tunisia and Morocco. As a Recruitment & Mobility Officer you will work fully remotely from Morocco, supporting the company’s international talent acquisition and relocation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Keywork and other platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial and behavioral interviews, and support technical validation.
• Coordinate background checks, onboarding and relocation logistics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build shortlists and prepare offers.
• Assist recruitment marketing and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in HR, Management, Psychology or related field.
• Internship, first‑job or volunteering experience in HR, recruitment, sales or marketing.
• Strong interest in the IT and tech industry.
• Full remote availability and excellent communication skills.
• English (B2+) and French (B2+) proficiency.
