Recruitment Specialist

About the role

VALEO VISION MAROC SA is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to drive its talent acquisition initiatives. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates for a variety of positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application receipt to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for data entry and reporting.
