Reels Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑oriented Reels Content Creator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, you will drive short‑form video production across platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, helping to build brand awareness and support our growth strategy in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, film, and edit short‑form videos that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, formats, and sounds, adapting them into relevant content.
• Add subtitles, effects, and music optimized for each platform.
• Maintain and execute the Reels content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing.
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement) and assist in content optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on ongoing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Audiovisual or related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing (including internships).
• Strong interest in social media and short‑form video trends.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and basic storytelling skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take feedback.
• Portfolio or links to social media content is a strong plus.
