Remote Bookkeeper for Multi‑Entity Finance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to ensure financial clarity across a multi‑entity structure that spans the UAE and Europe. This fully remote position supports our international recruitment partner, Founders Arm, and works directly with founders and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Track and organize invoices and receipts for UAE and European entities.
• Match payments to the correct company and payment processor.
• Maintain accurate records across the multi‑entity structure.
• Reconcile transactions and flag discrepancies promptly.
• Keep documentation audit‑ready and easily retrievable across entities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with multiple entities or currencies.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating UAE and European financial/payment systems.
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting tools such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
