About the role
We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, empathetic solutions in both French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from French‑speaking regions.
- Track orders, answer product questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
- Identify recurring problems and share feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar ticketing platforms.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
