About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to turn inquiries and issues into positive experiences, supporting a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
