Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global shoppers. The role involves handling inbound calls and live‑chat messages, helping customers track orders, answer product questions and resolve issues while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar ticketing/CRM tools.
