Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote‑first team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide feedback on tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
