Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will assist customers in French‑speaking regions, delivering friendly, solution‑focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share insights from customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
