Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will interact with customers through chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
