Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
