About the role

Join Spateof as a full‑time, remote HR & Recruiting Intern. You will support the end‑to‑end hiring process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding logistics. This role offers hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within an AI‑focused, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various platforms and manage listings.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and maintain candidate records.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and orientation activities for new hires.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional and HR teams to improve recruiting workflows.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruiting status.
