Remote Inside Sales Representative Internship

About the role

This is a remote internship role for a Global Sales Development Intern at Desert Digital OÜ. The intern will handle market research, client outreach, customer service, sales activities, training, and assist in sales management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting methods.
• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate interest, schedule meetings, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and follow‑up.
• Understand customer needs and present the company’s products or services as suitable solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and sales progress using the company’s CRM or tracking tools.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record with success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the digital industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with good time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with CRM software and email marketing tools.
