About the role

Desk Masters is hiring on behalf of a UK‑based retail and e‑commerce company for a creative, results‑driven Marketing Executive. This fully remote position will support brand growth across multiple digital channels while collaborating closely with UK‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns on digital platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule content and engage audiences.
• Create and coordinate marketing assets such as posts, emails and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with paid advertising, lead generation and email marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and external partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Professional, proactive and commercially minded attitude.
