Remote Seller / Call Center Representative

About the role

Fixtman is expanding its services across the United States and seeks a Remote Seller who will also act as a Call Center Representative. This independent‑contractor position involves direct customer interaction, sales activities, and administrative support, all performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, book and confirm appointments, and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Conduct follow‑ups to sell services or products, prepare proposals, quote coverage, and calculate invoicing.
• Enter daily tasks into the ERP system, manage documentation such as policies, claims, contracts, and endorsements, and keep files organized for follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of related experience or training, preferably in sales or a related industry.
• Strong ability to build rapport, present information clearly, and respond effectively to clients and managers.
• Comfort with analyzing contracts, policies, and basic accounting figures (discounts, commissions, percentages).
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work with mapping technology and standard office tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
