About the role
Atlas Outdoor, a Marrakech‑based travel agency specializing in tailor‑made cultural and adventure tours across Morocco, is looking for a motivated Reservation Agent. You will join a dynamic team and help craft memorable journeys for travelers by managing all booking aspects.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservations for accommodation, transport, and activities.
- Maintain and follow up on client files and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels and a network of local partners to secure services.
- Verify that all travel arrangements are complete and accurate before departure.
Required profile
- Minimum Bac + 2 education.
- At least one year of experience in the tourism sector.
- Organised, rigorous and comfortable using office and digital tools.
- Good command of French or English; Arabic and Tamazight are a plus.
