Resort Representative

About the role

The Resort Representative is the primary point of contact for guests staying at the assigned hotel in Agadir. You will ensure excellent customer service, provide accurate information about the resort and local attractions, and promote excursions and additional services to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, introduce resort procedures and company services, and conduct briefings according to standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information on excursions, local attractions, safety procedures and resort facilities.
• Maintain a visible presence in the hotel, completing daily visits and building strong relationships with hotel partners.
• Promote and sell excursions, activities and services, achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
• Record bookings and payments accurately, ensuring proper follow‑up.
• Prepare daily sales, guest feedback, incident and hotel visit reports.
• Assist with airport operations when required, following cash‑handling and documentation procedures.
• Ensure promotional materials are clean, up‑to‑date and well presented.
• Comply with health and safety procedures, provide safety information to guests and report any incidents immediately.
