About the role

The company, a global leader in industrial packaging and manufacturing solutions, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources activities at its Casablanca plant. You will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Leadership Team, ensuring talent strategies, employee relations and compliance are aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: collaborate with site leadership on workforce planning, retention and succession.
• Employee & Labor Relations: serve as primary contact for employment matters, maintain relations with employee representatives and ensure compliance with local labor law.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: manage full‑cycle recruitment for professional, managerial and blue‑collar roles.
• People Development & Disciplinary Management: oversee performance management, employee development, investigations, disciplinary actions and exit processes.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: promote safety awareness and ensure adherence to internal policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Labor Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in an industrial or manufacturing plant.
• Strong background in labor relations, union dynamics and employee representation.
• Experience recruiting and managing both white‑collar professionals and blue‑collar plant staff.
• Fluency in business‑level English and native or fluent French and Arabic; Italian is a plus.
