About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Director to lead the launch of a contemporary Italian‑Moroccan restaurant in the Rabat area. The project is backed by a leading Moroccan business group and includes a clear expansion plan.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational management and service supervision for the new venue.
- Monitor KPIs, food cost, labour cost and overall financial performance.
- Manage, train and develop a team of 20‑25 staff members.
- Ensure high customer experience and service quality.
- Drive business development and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the senior management team on project evolution.
Required profile
- Solid experience managing structured restaurants, chains or organized F&B groups.
- Strong business and profitability mindset.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Entrepreneurial approach and results orientation.
- International experience is a significant plus; prior work in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets is advantageous.
