Revenue Data Analyst – Morocco

About the role

RIU Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Revenue Data Analyst to join its Revenue department in Morocco. The role will support data‑driven decision‑making by creating automated reports, monitoring performance indicators and helping to shape pricing strategies across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy and Excel, in partnership with Inventory and Pricing teams.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as occupancy, pickup and pace; recommend and implement sales actions based on insights.
• Develop and apply dynamic pricing strategies in coordination with relevant departments.
• Forecast sales by analysing historical trends and market data.
• Review performance results and suggest corrective measures when needed.
• Monitor competitor pricing and occupancy, manage Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS), control allotments and forecast sales by market/channel.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Effective time‑ and project‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including in‑document programming.
• Familiarity with Python, Power Query and AI platforms.
• Experience with MicroStrategy for dashboard creation.
• Ability to extract and integrate data from PMS, RMS or Channel Managers (a plus).
• Proficiency in Canva for creating branded visual presentations.
