Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Room Service Order Taker, you will brighten guests' days by handling in‑room dining requests and delivering memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make their stay special.
- Answer room‑service phones promptly, responding to guest requests in a timely, efficient manner.
- Capture food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
- Learn menu details, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Upsell sides, desserts, drinks and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments accurately, reconcile checks, verify totals and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
