About the role

The Sales Administrator will support business growth by identifying opportunities, managing CRM data, and assisting the sales team with coordination and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis of customer and market data.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads via calls, emails, networking, and meetings, coordinating closely with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline, and generate reports to monitor progress against targets.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, and build reports on KPIs and campaign results.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ability to train/support users.
  • Experience with data segmentation and reporting tools.
