Sales Associate – Marrakech

About the role

JT International is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its team in Marrakech. You will support the Regional Business Development Manager and work closely with distributor supervisors and the JTI Field Force to drive sales performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage sales KPIs to achieve targets and objectives.
• Monitor warehouse stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate recruitment, creation, and activation of point‑of‑sale materials in line with regional coverage strategy.
• Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through regular field visits.
• Maintain a consistent field presence and deliver regular reports on sales and distribution performance.

Required profile

• BTS or bachelor’s degree with at least one year of FMCG experience or a relevant internship.
• Fluent in Arabic and French, intermediate English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Good product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Experience in supplier and customer relationship management.
