About the role
TUMI is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate who will also act as a Key Holder, working 24 hours per week in its Knightsbridge store. The role starts in July/August 2025 and combines floor‑level sales with store‑management responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor, demonstrate deep product knowledge and manage daily store operations.
- Run the store independently during non‑peak periods and ensure a positive customer experience following the TUMI Selling Ceremony.
- Motivate the sales team, develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones using the Proximity clienteling app.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and SPH sales targets while contributing to overall KPI performance.
- Support training initiatives, orient new associates and maintain a culture of continuous development.
- Participate in visual merchandising, execute window and interior updates, and ensure stock is well maintained.
- Report merchandise trends, best‑sellers, slow‑moving items and any operational issues to the Store Manager.
Required profile
- Availability for a 24‑hour per week schedule starting July/August 2025.
- Ability to operate the store independently during quieter periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Team‑player who can motivate colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Proximity clienteling app.
