Sales Coordinator – Industrial Sales & Team Lead (Morocco)

About the role

EMDEP is seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead its industrial sales team in Morocco. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and influence business development and commercial results across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and coach a local sales team of four people, with projected growth.
• Execute annual sales plans, ensuring targets are met and pricing policies are followed.
• Monitor the commercial pipeline, manage quotations, and maintain high‑quality data in the CRM.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, support strategic negotiations, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial sales and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Automation) or a related technical field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure to meet demanding sales targets.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mid‑high level).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
