Sales & Customer Service Specialist – English/Bilingual (FR)

About the role

IO Solutions is seeking motivated individuals who are fluent in English, or English and French, to join our on‑site teams in Rabat or Casablanca. As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist you will handle inbound calls, provide high‑quality support, and actively promote our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, understand needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Build trust to encourage product uptake, service upgrades, and client retention.
• Analyze account and billing information to identify sales opportunities.
• Communicate product value clearly and handle objections to close sales.
• Meet or exceed defined sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English; bilingual candidates must also speak French.
• Customer‑focused attitude with empathy and strong listening skills.
• Persuasive negotiation abilities and a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Positive, proactive approach to problem solving.
