Sales Development Representative – B2B Cold Calling (UAE & Saudi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead high‑volume B2B cold‑calling campaigns across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying decision‑makers, qualifying prospects, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to companies in the UAE and Saudi markets.
• Identify and engage HR, Administration, Facilities, and Operations leaders.
• Qualify prospects based on company size, processes, pain points, and workforce needs.
• Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections, and maintain control of each call.
• Book qualified meetings and update prospect information in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, qualifications, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling, SDR, telesales or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to make high‑volume outbound calls and engage senior decision‑makers.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Immediate availability.
