Sales Development Representative - French & Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, trilingual Sales Development Representative to drive growth across French and Spanish markets for global SaaS clients. This remote‑first position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to leverage linguistic expertise to build a high‑value pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting with a baseline of 50 calls per day.
• Target outreach across French and Spanish territories to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
• Document all activity in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimise conversion rates for specific geographic markets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to master the company’s sales methodology.

Required profile

• Fluency in French, Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Manager.
• Proven track record of meeting outbound activity and target metrics.
• Ability to work within the UK (GMT) timezone.
• Highly coachable, curious and determined mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
