Sales Manager (H/F)

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for a Sales Manager in Bouznika. The role supports key accounts and the account plan, and works closely with customers, the sales support team and internal planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on competition, customers and market developments to all affected parties and support the development of the account plan.
• Check and track customer requirements, RFQ pre-conditions and customer project portfolio development to identify and verify new opportunities.
• Negotiate product changes with the customer and collect purchase orders for administration by sales support.
• Contribute to strategic business planning, develop measures for margin improvement and negotiate them.
• Support negotiation preparation and documentation for arbitration of customer volume and demand to optimise production costs (S&OP and MPS).
• Collect customer feedback and data, and track the status of improvement measures and escalations internally.
• Identify and categorise customer claims together with all relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Industrial Management.
• A technical background combined with business education is a strong plus.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development or Commercial Project Management.
• First exposure to B2B environments, ideally in industrial, automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Fluent French and English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
